SHIPPING

We offer free AU shipping for orders above $150. All orders are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking numbers.

We ship every day, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. For orders placed before 11:00 am, we endeavor to ship same day for both standard or express shipping.

The shipping period below is an estimate of when Australia Post will deliver the order after the order has been dispatched.

Shipping times:
Metro: 2-4 Days
Regional: 4-7 Days

You should have your order within 2-4 working days for metro areas, and between 4-7 days for regional areas.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse, including your tracking number.

RETURNS

We accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Once we receive your return item back at the warehouse, your preference of refund or exchange will be processed within 48 hours. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been approved.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be in their original condition with packaging and tags attached. If your order included a free promotional item, it must also be returned.

Please note that, except in the event of damaged or faulty items, shipping charges are non-refundable—your refund will apply to the returned items only.

Unpacked my steamer after the super fast delivery with tracking.
This Volte wetty has been made by top quality neoprene compared to the big companies.
Very comfortable and very flexible around the shoulders and hips.
Love the padding on the knees and flexi pads behind the the knees, also a great place for a key string on the chest area.
Kept me super warm and easy to get on and off.
I'm proud to support a independent supplier at a great price.
Strongly recommend.
I will be also buying a springy and vest for sure.

I bought this for my son who destroys wetsuits regularly. The suit looks to be made very well; it fits beautifully and looks to be flexible in the right places. Longevity I cant comment on just yet, but I will watch my son treat it as badly as his other suits to see how long it stands up to the test. I had a chat with customer service and they were prompt and decisive in answering my questions. I particularly love the Australian family run, owned and built i Australia part. All hail small business.

Great wetty

After being very disappointed with the performance of my latest RC wetty, especially considering its cost, I decided to try something different.
I purchased the Volts 3x2 premium wetty and have surfed in it 3 times. The fit is outstanding and the neoprene is warm and flexible. The zipper system is superior to the RC and the suit is easier to put on and take off. I would have given 5 stars but feel I cannot do this until I check longevity.
