As an independent surf equipment company, we aim to provide clear, fair shipping terms so customers understand exactly how orders are dispatched, delivered, and handled.
Australia Shipping
Shipping Method
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $150 AUD.
Dispatch Times

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 11:00 am (ACST) will generally be dispatched the same business day for both standard and express shipping.

Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times below are estimates provided by Australia Post and apply after dispatch:

Metro areas: 2–4 business days

Regional areas: 4–7 business days
While most orders arrive within these timeframes, delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping (General)
Where available, international orders are shipped using Australia Post trackable international services.
Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to local postal services and customs processing.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

Volte has no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.

All customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
If customs fees are not paid and a parcel is refused or abandoned:

The order cannot be returned to sender.

Volte cannot refund the order or cover associated losses.
United States Shipping Update
Due to recent changes in U.S. trade and tariff regulations, import taxes and fees are now required to be paid before a shipment can leave Australia, rather than on arrival.
For large multinational corporations, this presents an inconvenience.
For independent companies like ours, it creates unpredictable and disproportionate costs that make fair, transparent pricing impossible.
Rather than quietly inflating prices or risking customers being exposed to unexpected charges, we have chosen to pause shipping to the United States until these conditions change.
When U.S. shipping becomes fair, stable, and workable again, we will reopen this destination immediately.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once your parcel has entered the carrier network.
